Fantasy Island’s two restaurants and two bars offer everything from swim-up cocktails in the pool to a snack hut on the beach to an enchanting oceanfront restaurant and terrace with breathtaking Caribbean views. Guests partaking in our all-inclusive meal plan enjoy complimentary dining throughout the day. For special occasions, we can arrange for private dining on the beach or in other areas of the resort for an additional fee.

The resort’s Executive Chef, Ramón Figueroa, was born and raised in Roatán, Honduras. He developed an early interest in food and all things culinary, honing, over the years, a vision and appreciation for fresh food and its preparation and presentation. Ramon's extensive experience includes service as Executive Chef at a number of all-inclusive resorts, as well as several 5-star gourmet al la carte restaurants. He has been the Featured Chef in international cuisine magazines and was an instructor at the prestigious Hotel Escuela Madrid Cuisine.

Ramon's technique, perfected over the years, is to allow the natural flavors of his personally selected ingredients to blend and express themselves with a fusion of Escuela Madrid and Caribbean flair and flavor.
